Alliance Grants $48,000 to Golf Programs for People with Disabilities
Alexandria, VA – July 27, 2010 — The National Alliance for Accessible Golf (Alliance) announced today that it has granted more than $48,000 to inclusive golf programs for people with disabilities. Through a grant from the United States Golf Association, the Alliance has expanded its efforts to provide financial assistance and resources to help make the game of golf more accessible to people with disabilities. These grants defray core program costs and support programs to help golfers with disabilities both learn and transition into playing the game.
